This is our summer event with plenty of ice cream, an ice cream bar, and coke floats. A flyer of other interesting things to do at the scoops of summer will be forthcoming.

Our Program Speaker is Robert Minter whose father is Walt Minter, owner of Walt’s Appliance. Robert will tell us about growing up in Grand Prairie and working with his dad. Walt’s appliance has been in business for 68 years and just recently closed. This is a must to come and hear!
Presentation on Dr. H.V. Copeland

Steliyan is giving a presentation on Dr. H.V. Copeland. I know most of you have heard of the story or even knew Dr. Copeland but Steliyan’s presentation is going to be more like a story. I would like to encourage you to please come and meet Steliyan and wish him the best as he has been accepted to Baylor University in the fall.
